ARRIVALS

1. *Early arrivals or late departures depends on availability of site & pre-paid flat fee of $5 per hour apply. 2. No arrivals after 9 p.m. 3. No early arrivals or late check-out in Cabins. 4. No Saturday check-in.

WRISTBANDS
|
We are one of several Jellystone Parks who requires wristbands to be worn. EVERYONE* WILL be required to wear wristband during entire stay. (*Campers, overnight visitors, AND day visitors)
|
FIREWOOD
|
Firewood must be purchased at park. All firewood brought into park will be confiscated. DNR discourages transportation of firewood because bugs and tree diseases that are transported in firewood can kill our precious trees.
|
MISC.
|
1. Our park is family-oriented and appropriate conduct and language is required at all times. 2. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking-aged adults IF covered by a coozie. However, no kegs or public intoxication. 3. Quiet times: 11 P.M. - 7 A.M. 3. Be sure to review Ranger's Park Rules, located in your check-in packet.

RATES
|
1. All Campsite Rates are based on up to 2 adults & 2 children (under 18) per site. 2. All Deluxe Cabin Rates are based on up to 2 adults & 4 children per deluxe cabin. 3. Must be 21 years old to rent a campsite or cabin. 4. Any person not on original reservation is considered a guest. You may not "switch out" one person for another.

VISITORS

Please be sure your visitors know these rules in advance. 1. All Visitors may NOT enter park prior to 9 A.M. or after 7 P.M. 2. All Visitors must register at store PRIOR to entering the park 3. Day Visitors must exit park by 9 P.M. or Overnight Visitors must exit park by noon on scheduled day 4. Visitors are not allowed to bring their pets into the park.

TENTS
|
Only sleeping unit per site. (This means no extra tents at campsites or cabins.)
|
PROHIBITED
|
1. No more than 6 people per campsite or 8 people per deluxe cabin. (includes overnight visitors) 2. No more than 2 vehicles per site. 3. Children must be accompanied by adult (21 & up) during entire stay. Leaving children unattended at park is strictly prohibited. 4. Moving firerings is prohibited and bears $25 fine per occurance. 5. Absolutely NO: Generators, Satelite Dishes, Clotheslines, Fireworks, Beer Kegs, Electric Heaters, Illegal Drugs, Weapons, Golf Carts or other motorized vehicles (including children's cars & scooters) except for disabilities. No tubes or inflatables allowed in pool.

PETS
|
1. No pets in or around cabin sites. 2. Keep pets leashed, supervised, & cleaned up after at all times. 3. No aggressive or exotic breeds or excessive dog barking. 4. All pets must have current vaccinations & tags available upon request. 5. To prevent overheating & irritability: Pets may not be tied up outside for more than 1/2 hour during a 1 hour period.

REQUESTS
|
We will make every effort to reserve the site or cabin you request; however, we can not guarantee any specific site or cabin.
|
MIN. STAY
|
ALL stays require a 2 night minimum except for 3 holidays, which are a 3 night minimum. (3 Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
|
DEPOSITS
|
1. Most Reservations can be held with 1/2 of reservation total. 2. Holiday Stays & Halloweens require payment in FULL at reservation. 3. Economy Packages can be held with 1/2 of reservation total. 4. CABIN SECURITY DEPOSITS: Rather than charge an additional upfront fee, we simply ask for valid Visa or Mastercard information to hold for cleaning, damages, or other charges that may be incurred during rental. Must present valid card & i.d. at check-in.

PAYMENT
|
1. No checks accepted for store purchases or site payments. Forms of payments accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, or Cash. 2. Cabin payments accepted via Visa or Mastercard ONLY. No cash for cabin payment. Cabin rates add PA tax. 3. ALL Credit Cards ARE charged at time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
|
**No shows & reservations not checked-in by 10 a.m. next day are considered a cancellation and site is forfeited without refund or credit.**
1. Cancellations received for a holiday, halloween, OR less than 14 days prior to any scheduled arrival will receive no refunds or credit. 2. Cancellations received 15 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive credit for another stay of equal value and same site type at this location during current season.

REFUNDS
|
Camping is a privilege not a necessity; therefore, no credit or refunds given due to inclement weather, family emergencies, illness, schedule changes, personal reasons, etc. Other campers are turned away so that we may hold a site for you. Therefore, we must enforce our cancellation policies regardless of circumstances. This includes no shows and early check outs. This park is PRIVATELY OWNED and as such, management reserves the right to remove anyone or revoke privileges for any reason at anytime.
